Future Her Academy is operated by Savage Creative Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through the Service.

• Account data — name, email, login credentials, role (parent/teen/admin).
• Profile data — display name, avatar, preferences.
• Usage data — lessons viewed, quizzes completed, streaks, badges.
• Communications — emails you send us and support tickets.
• Device data — IP address, browser, device identifiers.
• Payment data — handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we receive subscription status and basic transaction metadata, not full card details.

• Provide and operate the Service (contract performance).
• Personalize learning paths and progress tracking (legitimate interests).
• Send transactional emails (account, receipts, password resets) — required to provide the Service.
• Send product updates and marketing — only with your consent; you can opt out anytime.
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse mitigation (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, dispute resolution).

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, analytics, email delivery, support tooling.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Account data is deleted on request, subject to retention required by law (e.g. tax records).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

The Service is designed for teen girls aged 12–17 and is intended to be used under parental supervision. Where required by law, we obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal data from a child.
