Future Her Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Service”) is operated by Savage Creative Co(“Company”, the “Seller”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 to enter into this contract on behalf of a minor. Where the Service is used by a teen, a parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms and is responsible for the account.

Future Her Academy provides online learning content, interactive lessons, downloadable resources, parent tools and community features for girls aged 12–17. Features and content may change as the Service evolves.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to paid content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical limitations.

All content, branding, software, and documentation in the Service are owned by Savage Creative Co or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan for personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable export window.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify Savage Creative Co for claims arising from your user content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savage Creative Co is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
